The NCCER Heavy Equipment Operations Level 1 course consists of seven modules that cover essential topics related to heavy equipment operation1. These modules include safety, equipment identification, basic operational techniques, and more.  The training program typically includes both classroom instruction and hands-on practical training.  You will learn about heavy equipment terminology, safety principles, and other foundational knowledge.  The practical training involves operating heavy equipment under supervision to gain practical skill.

Upon successful completion of the course and passing the qualifying tests, you'll learn the NCCER Heavy Equipment Level 1 credential.
