| The NCSF Sport Nutrition Specialist (SNS) program will prepare you to sit for the NCSF-SNS Exam and to earn the Sport Nutrition Specialist certificate. This educational program will cover all relevant content areas including Nutrients and Intakes, Physiological Aspects of Nutrition, Macronutrients, Micronutrients and Supplementation, and Nutrition and Physiological Adaptations to Exercise. The program will also teach you to calculate nutrient requirements and manage nutrient-timing to accelerate adaptations to training. You will learn how to recognize and manage disordered eating in athletes and active populations at risk.
