Resolving Conflicts & Creative Problem Solving

Conflict--whether real or perceived--is a fact of life, especially in business.  This class will examine various conflicts and methods for resolving them by hands on practice as well as traditional classroom learning.  In addition, class will acquaint participants with creative processes for defining and analyzing problems, finding solutions and implementing them.
